General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

Scope

The following GTC apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is exclusively aimed at consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or self-employed professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

Contractual Partners, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options

The purchase contract is concluded with Klimazentral GmbH. By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive another confirmation by email.

Contract Language, Contract Text Storage

The available language(s) for the conclusion of the contract are: German, English. We store the contract text and send you the order data and our GTC in text form. You can view the contract text in our customer login.

Delivery Conditions

4.1 Shipping Costs

In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs may be incurred for standard shipping. You can find more details about the amount of shipping costs in the offers.

4.2 Delivery Options

We ship the products to the delivery address specified in the order process. We only deliver by shipping. Unfortunately, self-collection of the goods is not possible.

Payment

5.1 Prices

The prices valid at the time of the order apply. These are total prices and include the statutory VAT.

5.2 Payment Methods

In our shop, the following payment methods are generally available to you:

• Prepayment: If you select the prepayment method, we will provide you with our bank details in a separate email and deliver the goods after payment receipt.
• Cash on Delivery: You pay the purchase price directly to the delivery agent. There are no additional costs for this.
• Credit Card: During the order process, you provide your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.
• SEPA Direct Debit: By submitting the order, you grant us a SEPA direct debit mandate. We will inform you about the date of the account debit at least one banking day in advance. The account debit will occur before the goods are dispatched.
• PayPal: To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal, you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be carried out by PayPal immediately after placing the order.
• Invoice: The invoice amount is due 7 days after receiving the invoice and the goods, payable by bank transfer to the bank account specified in the invoice. We reserve the right to offer purchase on account only after a successful credit check.

Warranty and Guarantees

The statutory liability for defects applies.

6.2 Guarantees and Customer Service

Information on any applicable additional guarantees and their exact conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online shop.

Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here. We are not obliged and not willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
